The New Journey Name and Story…
Hi, we’re Nick and Lizzy, the owners of New Journey Moving. Every move has the potential to offer a fresh start and create a New Journey. Formerly known as Hood Moving we thought a name change would be in order since we bought the business in early 2024. We’ve spent the last several years talking and learning from hundreds of business owners about their experiences, successes, and struggles in their industries. With all the knowledge we’ve gained, we’ve been excited to step into business ownership and cause some disruption in the moving industry. Our industry is sadly known for poor communication, dishonest pricing, and lack of care.
We’re excited to create a brand new moving experience for our customers who need help on one of their most stressful days in their life. We’re more than just a moving company, we want to create a a remarkable moving experience while running our business with honesty, and serving the communities we’re in.
